Music on the Bay 2023 – FAQs

Absolutely NO coolers

(either small personal or larger) are permitted at the event.

Bag Check for coolers, back packs, chairs and large bags will be checked at Registration & entrance gate.

NO OUTSIDE alcohol...Whiskey Joe’s will escort you out!
 
ATM Available in Whiskey Joe’s Restaurant in the lobby (service fee per transaction).
Chairs - can be set-out on Thursday after 12pm.  Set-up is in process prior to 12pm and your chair can be moved. Friday morning, chairs may be re-arranged to accommodate more registrants. 
 Rental Chairs – Can be picked up at the Information Tent Thursday, 3/3 at 3pm at Information Tent and returned on Sunday by 1pm at Raffle tent.

Parking – Event parking is in the Waterford Building parking garage near Shriner's. (After 3pm on Friday through 11pm Sunday) – Short term WJ Valet cost is $6.  Beach parking will also be available after 6pm on Friday in the lot closest to Whiskey Joe’s. There may be a charge for beach parking.


ALL DAY EVENT PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT WHISKEY JOE'S.
 
Beach Gear - You may bring a beach chair to the event. There is 24 hour security available throughout the weekend.  No canopy chairs  or pop-up tents. Space on the beach is reserved for low and bagged chairs with no canopies or umbrellas (they limit view).  Canopy chairs can be set-up away from the stage area. A Limited number of beach umbrellas may be used, but away from the stage.

Registration is non-transferable - a photo ID is required for registration.

ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR LANYARDS AND WRIST BANDS (worn on wrist) AT ALL TIMES AT WHISKEY JOE’S
 
Event is 21 or older
Proper beach attire is required (no thongs or string bikinis) You will be escorted out.
 

Pets – No pets allowed on Whiskey Joe’s Barefoot Beach Bar area.
   
MOTB Merchandise & Entertainers Merchandise – 
Entertainers Merchandise - Cash and Checks, check with musicians for Credit Card purchase
 
MOTB Merchandise is sold by Whiskey Joe’s – Cash and Credit Cards and at the Information Tent 
Beverages – All beverages must be paid for with cash or credit card.  No outside alcohol.

 

Transportation – During the event days and at the end of each night, multiple shuttles and limos will transport attendees to and from the event hotels, The Godfrey Hotel, Chase Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Doubletree Suites, Hampton Inn and Sailport garage. 

Shuttles will have MOTB logo signage displayed.
Tipping is encouraged!

 
Shuttle service is for transport to and from hotels and Whiskey Joe’s only.
