Absolutely NO coolers (either small personal or larger) are permitted at the event.
Bag Check for coolers, back packs, chairs and large bags will be checked at Registration & entrance gate.
CASH IS KING! – ATM Available in Whiskey Joe’s Restaurant in the lobby (service fee per transaction).
No Chairs are Provided - You may bring a beach or bag chair to the event. There is 24 hour security available throughout the weekend. No canopy chairs, pop-up tents, or umbrellas (they limit the view). A limited amount of canopy chairs can be used if placed away from the stage and on the perimeter as to not impede the view from others.
You can set out your chairs on Thursday after 12pm. Set-up is in process prior to 12pm and your chair can be moved. Friday morning, chairs may be re-arranged to accommodate more registrants.
Rental Chairs – We offer rental chairs as a convenience for those that are flying in for the event. Rental Chairs can be picked up at the Information Tent Thursday, 2/27 at 3pm and returned on Sunday by 1pm at the Shriner's Tent.
Parking – Beach parking is available after 6pm on Friday in the lot closest to Whiskey Joe’s. There may be a charge for beach parking. ALL DAY EVENT PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT WHISKEY JOE'S

Registration is non-transferable - a photo ID is required for registration.
ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR LANYARDS AND WRIST BANDS (worn on wrist) AT ALL TIMES AT WHISKEY JOE’S
Event is 21 or older.
Proper beach attire is required (no thongs or string bikinis). You will be escorted out.

Pets – No pets allowed on Whiskey Joe’s Barefoot Beach Bar area.
Auctions and Raffles -
50/50 Raffle -
$5.00 for 1 ticket, $10.00 for 3 tickets and $20.00 for 7 tickets.
Credit cards accepted.
Thursday evening, start selling at 5pm and drawing at 8pm and Sunday, start selling at 10am and drawing at 1pm.
Chinese Auctions each day, drawings will take place, Friday & Saturday, drawing at 7pm. Winning Raffle Numbers will be posted at 8 pm.
Chinese Auction tickets for baskets are 25 for $20.
Special Raffles held on Friday & Saturday at 9pm, $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20. Credit cards accepted.
Items must be picked up the evening of the raffle by 10pm and no later than 3pm on Sunday, 3/2/25. Any raffle items left will become property of Music on the Bay.

Beverages – All beverages must be paid for with cash or credit card. No outside alcohol.
Transportation – During the event days and at the end of each night, multiple shuttles and limos will transport attendees to and from the event hotels, The Godfrey Hotel, Chase Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Doubletree Suites, Hampton Inn and Sailport garage.
Shuttles will have MOTB logo signage displayed.
Tipping is encouraged!
Shuttle service is for transport to and from hotels and Whiskey Joe’s only.
