Music on the Bay 2018 – FAQs
Absolutely NO coolers (either small personal or larger) are permitted at the event. Bag Check for coolers, back packs, chairs and large bags will be checked at Registration & entrance gate for outside food, snacks & water.
CASH IS KING! – ATM Available in Whiskey Joe’s Restaurant in the lobby ($4 service fee per transaction).
Parking – Event parking is in the Waterford Building parking garage near Shriner's. (After 3pm on Friday through 11pm Sunday) – Short term WJ Valet cost is $5. Beach parking will also be available after 6pm on Friday in the lot closest to Whiskey Joe’s. There may be a charge for beach parking. ALL DAY EVENT PARKING NOT AVAILABLE.
Beach Gear - You may bring a beach chair to the event. There is 24 hour security available throughout the weekend. No canopy or pop-up tents. Space on the beach is reserved for chairs. A Limited number of beach umbrellas may be used (medical necessity) but away from the stage and should be discussed prior to the event.

Registration is non-transferable - a photo ID is required for registration.
ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR LANYARDS AND WRIST BANDS (worn on wrist) AT ALL TIMES AT WHISKEY JOE’S
Event is 21 or older
Proper beach attire is required (no thongs or string bikinis) You will be escorted out.
Wednesday, 2/28 - 2:30 till 11:00
Thursday, 3/1 - 2:30 till 2:00 am
Friday & Saturday, 3/2 and 3/3 - 8:30 till 1:00 am
Sunday, 3/4 - 8:30 till 7:00
Pets – No pets allowed on Whiskey Joe’s Barefoot Beach Bar area.
Auctions and Raffles -
50/50 Raffle - $1 tickets Thursday evening, drawing at 9 pm.
Chinese Auctions each day, drawings will take place, Friday & Saturday at 8:30 pm and Sunday at 3:30 pm. Winning Raffle Numbers will be posted at 9 pm and 4 pm respectively. Chinese Auction tickets are 25 for $20.
Special Raffles held on Friday & Saturday at 8:30 pm and Sunday at 3:30 pm, or 5 tickets for $20. Credit cards accepted.
Weekend Raffle - winner will be announced on Sunday at 3:30pm. Winner does not need to be present to win.
Items must be picked up the evening of the raffle by 10pm and no later than 4pm on Sunday, 3/4/18. Any items left will become property of Music on the Bay.
MOTB Merchandise & Entertainers Merchandise
Entertainers Merchandise - Cash and Checks, check with musicians for Credit Card purchase
MOTB Merchandise is sold by Whiskey Joe’s – Cash and Credit Cards and at the Information Tent
Beverages – All beverages must be paid for with cash or credit card. No outside alcohol. Alcohol in goody bags won’t be let back into the event.
Transportation – During the event days and at the end of each night, multiple shuttles and limos will transport attendees to and from the event hotels, ay harbor Hotel, Chase Suites, Sailport Waterfront, Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn and Sailport garage. Tipping is encouraged!
Shuttle service is for transport, to and from hotels and Whiskey Joe’s only.
Tampa International Airport is approximately 5 miles from host hotels and Whiskey Joe's.
